Frequently asked questions

Does the app require an account?

No. GIG WHO does not use account creation or sign-in for the core app.

Does it work without iCloud?

Yes. The app works locally on-device. iCloud sync is optional and only affects syncing your private CRM data across your own devices.

Why does the app ask for Contacts or Location?

Those permissions are optional. Contacts helps import existing client details faster, and Location is only used for nearby-client and route planning features.

Does the app use subscriptions or in-app purchases?

No. GIG WHO has no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or ads.

How do I set an annual income goal?

Go to Settings (the gear icon on the main screen) and look for the Income Goal section. Tap the current value or the edit button to enter your yearly target. Once set, the Insights tab shows your progress ring, run-rate projection, and pace status in real time.

How do I record why I lost a quote?

When adding a project, set the Stage to "Archived" and an optional "Why was this lost?" field appears below the stage picker. The reason you enter will surface on the lost-quote row in the Quote Conversion dashboard in Insights.
