ShadowFetch Labs GIG WHO Privacy Policy
Privacy policy for GIG WHO

Your client memory belongs to you.

GIG WHO is designed around private client memory. It does not ask users to create an account, it does not run ad or analytics SDKs, and it does not track users across apps or websites.

At a glance

  • No advertising SDKs
  • No third-party analytics
  • No account creation
  • No tracking across apps or websites
  • No sale of personal information

Information stored by the app

GIG WHO is a personal CRM. The client names, notes, phone numbers, addresses, reminders, project history, and revenue details that you enter are stored for your use inside the app. They are not used for advertising or tracking.

If you enable iCloud sync, that information is synced through your private CloudKit container so it can appear on your own Apple devices. This data is not used to profile you for advertising.

Optional permissions

Contacts

If you choose to grant Contacts access, the app can import contact details into a client profile faster. This is optional.

Location

If you choose to grant Location access, the app can show nearby clients and help with route planning. This is optional.

Microphone and speech

If you choose to grant Microphone and Speech Recognition access, the app can dictate quick notes into a client record. This is optional.

Notifications and Face ID

Notifications

If enabled, local notifications remind you about follow-ups, important dates, and your daily briefing. This is optional.

Face ID

If enabled, Face ID is used only to lock access to the app on your device. This is optional.

No behavioral tracking

The app does not build advertising profiles, sell your activity, or track you across third-party apps or websites.
